In the article “PCB Muscles and Bones”, we raised the issue of how to avoid the use of false eight-layer laminations, which would increase PCB costs when the board thickness is 1.6mm and above. What is the fake eighth floor?
Our conventional six-layer board lamination is composed of one core board (core) for L2-3, one core board for L4-5 (core), and the others are made of PP and copper foil, and are finally pressed together. As shown in Figure 1.
